10 rules to select the right person for the right task

the delegation of authority in tasks is an essential part of the lives of the leaders , managers and may be equally important for the general public and for you ofcourse  if you intend to change the course of your life for the better, you need to know first what you can do efectively and you have the time and effort to do it yourself, and what you can't do effectively or do not have the time or effort to do it yourself
 this is the general idea of the delegation  but today we are talking about effective delegation, which performs the requiredtask by highest quality, taking into account time and effort,
 so I present you these 10 rules from my readings and my experience are as follows:
1 -
Select the task to be accomplished, and then select the right person build on the prior knowledge or the nomination of an expert in the field such as selection of a driver to send your children to the school or club
2 -
Be clear from the beginning on the required level of achievement and also on the fees in the previous example children will go to the club twice a week on the dates specified taking into account the factors of convenience and security in exchange for 300 pounds per month
3 -
standing with the necessary information and listen then answer the questions and even inducing it had to, such as dates go to the club and work schedules of the Club

4 - if he made ​​a mistake and he will do as to err is a human so try to correct his error in a calm but  strict way so as not to repeat the same mistake

praise constantly but wisely as nothing motivates people to work more than praise and of course the money

Be an example to his commitment, no one likes to work with foolish people

treat with him as  human beings, do not mind the question about the conditions and the conditions of his children as a kind of interest in the other

8 - Select a realistic goal like  if attending from the club to the house in an hour under the Traffic road but subsidiaries remote and corrected him if he deviated from the planned pathway

it is better to give him a general idea of your plan even know the nature of his mission and its role in the completion of the general plan

 I'm not a close friend and a distance of dignity and power kept, but I do not mind a joke for soothing atmosphere of work

my last advice : when you get  the completion of the task, you should evaluate the process on the basis of the ten rules to learn where are  your strengths and weaknesses and then improve and develop your daily process to achieve your plan
